Webhook delivery covers everything from the moment an event fires to the moment your endpoint acknowledges it. Credit Corp sends the signed envelope, expects a 2xx within a 10-second window, and — if it does not get one — retries on exponential backoff for 72 hours. Delivery is at-least-once and unordered.
